*Each year you may have different tax forms that are required to be filed, but there are some documents that are required by the IRS every year:

For yourself:

• State or Government Issued Picture ID
• Social Security Number or TIN Letter

For your dependents:

• Verification of Education
• Birth Certificate (if not enrolled in school)
• Medical Record(s) with Letterhead
